About Kathy
Dr. Kathy Meacham is a licensed doctor of physical therapy who works with patients dealing with concerns such as neck, back, and joint pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, changes related to pregnancy or postpartum recovery, balance or dizziness issues, and other conditions that benefit from focused, private care.
Her work emphasizes careful assessment and clinical judgment, helping patients make sense of what may be contributing to their symptoms and identify practical next steps over time. She brings experience from outpatient settings where patient needs are not always straightforward and progress often requires thoughtful pacing and adjustment.
Kathy approaches care with a clear understanding that outcomes can look different for different people. For some patients, care focuses on resolving a specific issue; for others, it means building the knowledge and tools needed to manage symptoms more confidently over time. In both cases, the goal is for patients to leave with a clearer understanding of their bodies and a greater sense of control in how they move forward.
